flexibility and balance in your body and muscles. If yoga is done at
least three times a week, it may provide you with pain relief. The next
best exercise is walking. It makes your back muscles stronger and your
body fit and healthy. If you can walk for at least thirty minutes a day
and perhaps take a longer walk at weekends, it will benefit your back
and the rest of your body tremendously.
